I'm Jenna Olsthoorn, a 40-year-old yoga enthusiast and new mom (my step-son is 7 and babe is 6 months). I'm passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga, breathwork and meditation with you. As someone who prioritizes their physical and mental health, I bring an encouraging energy to my practice and teaching. Yoga has deeply inspired me, and I hope it inspires you too. I have been teaching yoga for over 11+ years and have been a registered massage therapist for the past 15 years. I instruct based on anatomy, physiology and energy.
